• Usage Analytics: Engagement events (e.g., screens viewed, taps) via analytics providers (e.g., Firebase Analytics).
• Notification Tokens: FCM/APNs tokens to deliver opt-in reminders and updates.

We do not collect sensitive categories of data unless you voluntarily provide them in journal entries. Please avoid including sensitive information in journals.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• Personalize quotes, prompts, and recommendations.
• Send motivational reminders and product updates (you can opt out in system settings or in-app where available).

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

• Service Providers/Processors: Hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and push delivery strictly to perform services on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
